If you deliberately or carelessly misinform the insurers, this could mean that part or all of a claim may not be paid.

Discussing your insurance quote

We often contact clients by telephone to discuss their annual Porsche Car Insurance quotation. This allows us to confirm key details, answer any questions you may have, and provide further clarity on your cover and premium options.

Your contact details will be used only in connection with your insurance quotation, policy administration, and related customer service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Data checks and credit searches

Porsche Financial Services may use legal public sources such as the electoral roll and other third-party sources such as credit reference agencies to obtain information about you, for example to verify your identity or check your credit history.

They also obtain information about you from credit reference agencies and similar third parties. Some personal information may be provided to them by third parties such as insurance companies, other insurance intermediaries, and motor vehicle licensing authorities. In some cases, you will have previously submitted your personal information to them and given them approval to pass this information on for certain purposes.

Such information will only be obtained from reputable sources which operate in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

Data Protection

Porsche Car Insurance is sold and administered by Porsche Insurance Brokers, which is a trading name of Lawshield UK Limited, Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Please refer to their Privacy Policy for information regarding how your personal data will be used by them.

Porsche Car Insurance - Level 1 is underwritten by Allianz Insurance plc. Allianz Insurance plc will process your personal data for their own separate purposes, please refer to their Privacy Policy for information regarding how your personal data will be used by them.

Porsche Car Insurance - Level 2 is underwritten by Chubb European Group SE. Chubb will process your personal data for their own separate purposes, please refer to their Privacy Policy for information regarding how your personal data will be used by them.

We only share your personal information where necessary to provide our products and services, where you have given consent, or where required by law or regulation (including for the prevention or detection of crime).

This may include sharing information with insurers, underwriting agencies, business partners, and other relevant parties to enable you to enter into an insurance contract.

We never share your information outside our organisation for marketing purposes.

Eligibility criteria

This is a policy quotation for customers to be able to drive their Porsche on the public highway. To qualify for Porsche Car Insurance, you must be able to answer 'yes' to all of the following statements. If you cannot confirm any of the statements, please contact us to discuss on 0333 043 786.
