If you feel we've not considered all of your issues or you can provide further information, please let us know and we'll be happy to review it. If it is not possible to reach an agreement, you can ask the Financial Ombudsman Service to carry out an independent review of your complaint. You have the right to ask them to review your complaint if we've been unable to resolve it within 8 weeks.

If you have taken a product out online with Porsche Insurance and are unhappy with our response to your complaint, you can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform to make a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Please be aware that the Financial Ombudsman Service will only be able to consider your complaint after Porsche Insurance have had the opportunity to consider and resolve this.
